CrossFit
Experience personal training in a small group setting! These hour-long classes combine lifting, gymnastics and extra cardio to get that heart rate up. Always lots of fun!
Yoga Interval
Mobility, mindfulness, strength and endurance are masterfully combined to create a power-packed workout leaving you calm, relaxed, and ready to take on the day. There’s nothing like it!
Yoga
Improve your mobility, strength, breathing, focus and flexibility in our popular yoga classes (trapeze, power flow, deep stretch & recover).
Open Gym
It’s your time. Participate in the workout of the day (WOD) at your own pace or start time. Or maybe you want to work on a specific skill or just get in extra cardio! A coach is always available to help!
